| A HAUNTED press release: April 2010 A message from Albert Nonn, chief editor of HAUNTED, April 2010 "In October 2009 a new paranormal magazine came to life - zombie like, but with brains, intelligence, humour and an unequivocal thirst to satisfy its readers. That magazine was called HAUNTED and it came packed full of scary goodness, informative well written, well researched entertaining features, celebrity interjections and just about anything and everything that fell within the eclectic mix of the paranormal umbrella, ella, ella. The pilot issue, lovingly known as Issue #0 featured Derren Brown, Derek Acorah, Girls Aloud and Scooby-Doo.... it started a whole new trend in paranormal magazines". HAUNTED is an 88 page, A4, full colour, bi-monthly magazine and is packed full of scary goodness, and features contributions from Lesley Smith (of Most Haunted Live!!), Jason Karl, author, TV presenter and creative director of scare entertainment company Atmosfear UK, psychic mediums Philip Solomon and Libby Clark, and up and coming paranormal investigator Lee Roberts. The third official issue of HAUNTED, passionately known as Issue #3 is out May 31st, and as a bi-monthly magazine has at least a two month shelf life. Issue #3 is a HAUNTED Seaside Location Special entitled "Wish You Were Eerie" featuring a very special front cover and also featuring Andy Nyman, co-writer of Ghost Stories. HAUNTED is also proud to be supporting Famous But Frightened, a new paranormal TV show that will blow away the cobwebs of existing paranormal TV shows and like HAUNTED will be fresh, fun, scary and different. At present the magazine is only available via mail order, through paypal and at selected haunted locations across the UK. However, from the fifth official issue of HAUNTED (out September 30th) adoringly known as Issue #5 the magazine will be available in the high street (W.H.Smiths etc), with a greater print run and greater targetted audience potential.
